This is our house blend dedicated to our family and friends who have helped us build our business. We are beyond grateful for the love you share and the help you have given us to move forward.
This Blend is a wonderful combination of 75% washed Mexico and 25% natural Mexico. Currently we are using the Las Cotorras for the washed component and Los Poscitos for the natural component. These are both lovely coffees on their own but blended they create a beautiful, rich cup of coffee with fruitiness, caramel and chocolate tones that make for an easy drinking but exciting daily driver.

Espresso Recipe:
Our blend is very versatile but we tend to lean towards one of two shot styles depending on how spicy we’re feeling. For an easy drinking and easy dialing shot we drift towards turbo land (youtube Lance Hedrick turbo shot for more info)! For our turbos we usually pull shots somewhere in the 17-21 second window, aiming for 18.6 to 19 grams in, and 52 to 54 grams out. For a more traditional style shot we aim for 28-34 seconds, 18 to 19 grams in, and around 48 grams out. These are just starting points however and we always suggest to dial in coffee by taste!
